BOW ProgramBridge over troubled water
If you believe RM20 million or more is what your company needs to tide over difficult times and thrive together with a leading Malaysian private equity firm, we would love to hear from you.
The world is mired in uncertainty amidst the Covid-19 pandemic and the ensuing shutdown of economic activity. Around the country, businesses are experiencing a rapid decline in sales, non-paying customers and supply chain disruption. Business owners are awake at night brooding about cash flow and weighing the emotionally difficult decision of salary cuts and retrenchments.
The scale of disruption is unprecedented, at least in our lifetimes. It is a test of mettle for the human race but fortunately: tough times do not last, tough people do, not least entrepreneurs from the school of hard knocks. While we expect humanity to defeat Covid-19 and for the economy to eventually recover, we do not know how long it will take.
COPE Private Equity is here to bridge the capital needs of forward-looking and high-quality businesses, sustaining your cash flow requirement through troubled water and providing financial and operational support for the business to thrive.
If you believe RM20 million or more is what your company needs to tide over difficult times and thrive together with a leading Malaysian private equity firm, we would love to hear from you.
Over the past 15 years, we have invested based on the spirit of partnership, or musyarakah with the objective of arriving at a fair and profitable outcome for both parties. We do not intend to change our approach, nor do we intend to take advantage of the current situation to structure one-sided deals.
As a professional fund manager with backing from prominent institutional investors, we have no agenda other than to build and bring quality Malaysian businesses to the next level.
All discussions with us will be strictly private and confidential.
